Hyundai & Kia compatible JMA HY-18 & Silca KIA7 aftermarket flip key blade

This aftermarket flip key blade matches the Silca KIA7 & JMA HY-18 key profile and can be used in our range of aftermarket flip key remotes. The Silca KIA7 KEY profile is used with many different Hyundai & Kia vehicles as listed below:

The Silca KIA7 or JMA HY-18 key blade profile was used with a number of Hyundai & Kia vehicles from the early 2000s to the present day i some cases. 

The Silca KIA7 (JMA HY-18) key blade profile looks similar to a number of other key blades use with other makes of vehicle such as Toyota for instance. Things to note are the the cut away taper at the tip of the key, the centre groove havig squared edges and the raised ridge that runs along both edges of the key blade. 

PLEASE NOTE THIS BLADE WILL NOT FIT GENUINE HYUNDAI & KIA FLIP KEY REMOTES AS THE PART THAT FITS INTO THE FLIP KEY IS A DIFFERENT SHAPE AND SIZE AND THE POSITIO OF THE ROLL PIN GROOVE IS ALSO DIFFERENT

To secure this key blade to the flip key we use a small roll pin. When we have cut the key blade it is then fitted to the flip key body. If you are buying this key blade along with a remote flip key and are going to have it cut & programmed where you live we will include a roll pin in the package with the key blade so that the locksmith who cuts the keyblade for you can secure it to the flip key.
