Honda and Cobra car alarm compatible round 2 button remote control shell replacement

This uniquely shaped remote case was used on selected older HOnda models and will also fit a number of aftermarket remotes from the Cobra car alarm company including: models,1046, 3193, 3196, 3198, 3993, 3998, 7777, 7928, 8186 and 8188.

The kit includes the front and back sections of the remote cover and the light grey rubber stem to attach it to a key ring. Please check the images attached to this listing carefully to ensure you are ordering the corret item.

Swapping over your old circuit board intothis new shell is fairly simple. Use a knife blade to open the case where marked. Ensure the circuit board is clean and if necessary wipe it over with a lint free cloth. If you intend to use any sort of PCB cleaner, please nesure you remove the battery during this process and leave it out for at least 30 minutes after cleaning with PCB cleaner to ensure allof the cleaner has evaporated.

Please note the measurements under the Data Sheet relates to the body of the remote and the length does not include the grey rubber part used to attached it to your key ring.
