This key profile is a JMA SUZU-15D.P and has the same key blade as a Silca SZ 17R.

In the case of the models listed above, they use highly encrypted transponder chips and so the vehicle MUST be present to make a new key as we need to gather data from the vehicle and the key using our special equipment to make a copy of the chip.

Please allow a minimum of 10 minutes and up to 45 minutes for certain keys to be copied.

The main security element in modern bike keys is the transponder chip. These have been used in most makes of vehicles from the mid 90's but were only added to motorbikes much later. It is this item that allows the ignition to start the engine. These transponders can come in a few different types and there is more information on this subject in our FAQ section.

Having a spare key for your bike can save you a world of stress if you loose your main key.
