This high quality 3 button remote proximity smart key can be used with the following KIA models:

This table is intended as a guide only and so if you do not see your car int he list but you use a key that looks identical to this one, please email us details of your vehicle (YEAR - MAKE - MODEL - VIN) and a photo of the key and we will assist you to choose the correct replacement key for your vehicle.

This smart key comes with the emergency key blade included. Cutting the key and programming to the vehicle NOT included.

Please remove the emergency key from your existing remtoe and compare the key profile to those in the photos to esnure your key is the same profile. Press the small silver rectangular button on the back of the remote to release the emergency blade and just slide it out.

We generally stock both genuine & aftermarket versions of most Kia remtoes and keys. You can check under Compatible Items and will see those listed if in stock.

The remote comes with a battery already fitted and the battery type is listed under "Compatible Items" should you need a spare for your old key.

This key uses an ID47 HITAG3 proximity transponder unlike earlier keys which used an ID46 based chip.

This remote transmits on 433.92 MHz FSK

This type pf smart key can only be programmed to the car using a special diagnostic device plugged into the vehicle. We can do this service for you for an additional fee or you can have it done locally to where you live.

To cut and code the new key to your vehicle usually takes 30-45 minutes. Please call and book an appointment for this service.

This remote only has 3 buttons - LOCK - UNLOCK - BOOT

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
