Holden Barina TK 2005 - 2011 compatible remote car key with ID48 transponder

In 2005 Holden launched the new Barina TK sedan model which was a re-branded Daewoo Kalos and hence this key has a Daewoo key reference. The remote has a key symbol on the button that locks and unlocks the doors and a boot symbol on the boot button. Please check your key to ensure the symbols match exactly as otherwise this key may not be suited to your car.

This key blade profile is a JMA DAE-3D.P1 and is the same as a Silca DWO 4R or Orion DW 24.

In the case of the models listed above, they use highly encrypted ID48 transponder chips and so the vehicle MUST be present to make a new key as we need to gather data from the vehicle and the key using our special equipment to make a copy of the chip and to program the remote part.

The remote can only be programmed to the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool by a licensed person. We are fully licensed in WA to do this kind of work.

Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes for certain keys to be programmed.

We can also do a non remote key for this vehicle as spare as long as the door lock is working correctly in your vehicle.

The back of this remote key is secured with a screw. It is important to not over tighten this screw as it may strip the head making it very difficult to remote the back to replace the remote battery. Always use a good quality swrew driver when opening a remote key to avoid damaging the screw.

WARNING! KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Never allow children to replace button batteries on any device. Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
