PLEASE NOTE SOME OF THE TRUCKS LISTED ABOVE WILL USE NON-TRANSPONDER VERSIONS OF THIS KEY.

In the case of the models listed above, they use highly encrypted transponder chips and so the vehicle MUST be present to make a new key as we need to gather data from the vehicle and the key using our special equipment to make a copy of the chip or program a new chip.

Please allow up to 45 minutes for certain keys to be programmed.

The main security element in modern car, van or motorcycle keys is the transponder chip. These have been used in most makes from the mid 90's. It is this item that allows the ignition to start the engine. These transponders can come in a few different types and there is more information on this subject in our FAQ section.

The majority of the vehicles listed above use PCF7935 rolling code transponders which cannot be cloned and must be programmed using special equipment.
