Mazda 2, 3, 6, CX3, CX5, CX9 compatible 2 button SKE13E-01smart key remote

This non-genuine 2 button Mazda smart key can be used with a number of Mazda models as long as the orignal key has the same model as SKE13E-01.

This type of smart key can also be called a prox key or proximity key. People often refer to this type of remote key as being used for key-less start as you just push the button to start the car.

The information in the table above is inteded as a guide only and so you should check the details of your key match those below, in particular the Model should be SKE13E-01.

This type of smart key can only be coded using specialist diagnostic equipment connected to the vehicle. We can do this for you at our East Victoria Park shop or you can have it done by your local licensed locksmith, mechanic or auto electrician.

The emergency key to fit this remote is sold seperately and can be purchased from the Compatible Items section down the page.

This key is supplied with a battery fitted and the type of batter used is available to order under compatible items.

This aftermarket key is sold without a logo but does have a recess on the front where a logo can be fitted and these are fairly widely available. You will see in the photos that the majority of our customers have opted to have a logo fitted to the new key also. 

We have had this product tested by an independant NATA Approved Product Safety Testing facility to confirm it complies with AS/NZS 62368.1 Clause 4.8, which it does. 

WARNING! KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Never allow children to replace button batteries on any device. Swallowing or placing a button cell battery inside any part of the body may lead to severe or fatal injuries in as little as 2 hours or less due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the oesophagus.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
