Dodge Charger 3 button fobik remote twist key

This style of key is known as a fobik remote twist key.

This type key will NOT work with push button start vehicles unless you remove the push button and insert this fobik and twist to start the vehicle.

Push button start requires a proxomity key not a twist key!

It is described as a 3 button even though it also has the red PANIC button. It does not matter if your original key has this panic button or not as long as it matches the other features of this one.

This key has a LOCK, UNLOCK & BOOT buttons.

The key uses an ID46 Phillips-Crypto Hitag 2 transponder chip (PCF7961) - this chip can also be referred to as a TP12-PCF7961.

The remote comes with a battery already fitted. The remote transmits on 433.92 MHz.

As this is a non-genuine part there is no logo on the back of the remote case. This fobik remote key can also be used with some Chrysler & Jeep models.

This remote and transponder chip can only be coded to the vehicle using special diagnostic equipment by a licensed repairer or locksmith. We can do this in store for you or you can have it done locally where you live.

Please call and make an appointment if you wish us to do the coding. We will generally need the vehicle for around 30-40 minutes max.

WARNING! KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Never allow children to replace button batteries on any device. Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
