Holden Astra AH - 2 button aftermarket flip key Valeo 433 736 743-A

This product has been temporarily removed from sale as direct result of the Consumer Goods (Products Containing Button/Coin Batteries) Safety Standard 2020 which becomes enforceable on 22nd June 2022 and carries fines of up to $1million. 

All products that contain a button cell or coin type battery must be safety tested to confirm they comply with these new regulations. All button cell batteries must be in a new type of packaging with new labels. 

We are working with all of our suppliers to confirm this compliance before we make the product available for sale again. 

We should have had 18 months to get this compliance but sadly the ACCC did not inform our suppliers or us or pretty much any other industry and we only found out about this new law 4 weeks ago.

This 2 button flip key is suitable to use with Holden Astra AH models from 2004 to 2009.

It is an OEM style remote with a recess on the back for a logo sticker but does not come with one included. We sell genuine Holden logo stickers to fit and you will find these under compatible items lower dow this page.

This key has an integraded ID46 HITAG2 transponder chip and can only be programmed to your vehicle using diagnostic equipment by a licensed locksmith, auto electrician or some mechanics.

We offer this service at out East Victoria Park workshop. Please call us on (08) 6110 2693 to book an appointment. We will need the vehicle for approx 45-60 minutes to complete the job.

Adding a new key to the requires the 4 digit immo code or pin code for the vehicle. If you still have your security card for the vehicle this will save time as the immo code will not need to be extracted. Extracting the 4 digit pin code on these models can  be tricky especially if the car stero has been replaced as the factory fitted stereo holds this information. Extracting the pin can also be difficult on Turbo or convertible models.
