Hyundai Kona 2017 onward aftermarket 3 button proximity key 95440-J9100 compatible

This OEM style aftermarket Hyundai 3 button proximity remote key is suitable for Hyundai KONA models manufactured after 2017.

This style of smart key is different in shape to the earlier versions. It uses a very specific emergency key blade in that the key ring loop is a different shape to the older smart keys and so only fits in this type of remote.

Please remove the emergency key from your existing remote and compare the key profile to those in the photos to ensure you have choosen the correct one. Slide across the little button on the back of the remote to release the emergency blade and just slide it out. The original emergency blade should have the number 752 stamped in it if it is a genuine blade.

An aftermarket emergency key blade is included in the price and a battery is also included.

The remote comes with a battery already fitted and the battery type is listed under "Compatible Items" should you need a spare for your old key.

This key uses an ID47(HITAG3 - NCF29A1X) transponder and the remote transmits on 433.92 MHz FSK

THERE ARE A NUMBER OF IDENTICAL LOOKING REMOTES THAT USE A DIFFERENT TRANSPONDER CHIPS

IF YOUR REMOTE NO LONGER HAS THE PART STICKER ON THE BACK OR INSIDE - YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE CHIP IN YOUR KEY SCANNED TO IDENTIFY WHICH ONE IT IS OR SUPPLY YOUR VIN NUMBER SO WE CAN CONFIRM THIS IS THE CORRECT KEY FOR YOU.

This type pf smart key can only be programmed to the car using a special diagnostic device plugged into the vehicle. We can do this service for you for an additional fee or you can have it done locally to where you live.

Genuine proximity remotes are always supplied without an emergency keyblade but the key blade is included with this aftermarkey key.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
