DEA sliding electric gate, manual release key number 2524. This key allows you to open the front of the gate motor and disengage the drive gear in a power cut to manually slide the gate back.
It also allows you to more easily remove the cover of the motor to access the control panel sitting on top of the motor inside the cover.
To ensure this key suits your motor please check the number stamped on the face of the lock is also 2524.
This number must be 2524 to match this key which also has 2524 stamped ont he shank of the key.
It is very important that you have a manual release key for your motor, especially to allow access for emergency services during a power outage.
