Maserati Granturismo & Quatroporte 3 button blue flip key with ID48 transponder

This after-market Maserati 3 button blue flip key can be used with the following vehicles:

The information in the table above is provided by the maker of this key and is intended as a guide only. The most reliable method to identify the correct key is to check the correct part number with a Maserati dealer suppling you VIN to them. It should match part number MR-980139782.

The price for one of these keys supplied by a Maserati dealer is in the range of $2000-2300.

This key is suited to vehicle with ID48 transponder chips only 

This type of key will need to be pre-coded with information from the vehicle to make it into a "dealer key" before it is added to the vehicle. To do this a working key will be needed and special diagnostic equipment connected to the vehicle OBD port.

Additional fees apply and you will need an appointment. This work normally takes about 40 minutes but can take up to 1.5 hours to complete on some vehicles.

This flip-key uses the common Silca SIP22 or JMA FI-16 key blade profile.

If your remote key still works but the case is damaged or the button pads have holes in them, we do also sell replacement flip key shells which will allow you to spruce up your tired looking flip key.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
