Ford F150 5 button 902 MHz smart proximity remote key

This OEM Ford smart proximity remote fob is suited for use with the following Ford vehicles.

These OEM Ford smart keys are supplied without an emergency key blade but we will include an aftermarket emergency key blade as shown in the photos. 

This OEM Ford smart proximity remote fob uses the ID49 HITAG PRO (SMART KEY PROX) type transponder and the remote transmits on 902 MHz FSK frequency suited to models released for the US market.

This key features 4 buttons for LOCK - UNLOCK - BOOT & REMOTE START. Please note the remote start function will only work on vehicles where this option is activated.

This key can only be coded to the vehicle using diagnostic equipment by a licensed locksmith.

We are licensed to do this at our workshop in East Victoria Park WA or you can get a local locksmith to do this for you where you live.

The remote is supplied with 2 X CR2025 batteries fitted and you can order extra spare batteries under the Compatible items tab also. Please take care to fit the batteries facing the correct direction when replaceing them.

This smart proximity key will only work with vehicles fitted with factory push button start proximity systems. 

WARNING! KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Never allow children to replace button batteries on any device. Swallowing or placing a button cell battery inside any part of the body may lead to severe or fatal injuries in as little as 2 hours or less due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the oesophagus.

If you suspect your child has swallowed a button battery or placed inside any part of the body, immediately call the POISONS INFORMATION CENTRE on 13 11 26 for prompt advice. If your child is having any difficulty breathing, contact 000.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
