Ford Ranger PJ & PK series 2006 - 2011 2 button ID8C aftermarket flip key

This aftermarket 2 button remote flip-key can be used with Ford Ranger PJ & PK Series models from 2006 to 2011. This remote transmits on 434 MHz and the key uses an ID8C Temic transponder chip inside it.

The transponser chip inside this key can only be coded to the vehicle using diagnostic equipment by a licensed locksmith or mechanic. We offer this service at our East Victoria Park workshop or you can have it done locally to you.

The remote part of the key is programmed using a manual process also referred to as an onboard process or in car programmable. 

As this is a NOT a genuine product you will notice it does NOT features a Ford logo on the back of the key and has no part details in the section where the key blade folds into as would be normal on a genuine key. This flip key style is generic and the circuit board can have data written to it to suit many different vehicles. You may hav a key that looks identical to it and be using that key with a different make and model as the data written tot he circuit board inside it is different.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
