The Elsema KEY-302 is the compact key ring garage door and gate remote control which can be used to replace the larger cigarette pack size FMT remote controls. It can also be re-branded by various garage door or gate companies around the country including B&D, Bollinger Gates, Magickey Remote King and Marshall Beattie as you will see in the photos attached. 

The KEY-302 uses a 10 dip switch system and you will receive full instruction on how to set the switches in your new remote to match those on your old remote so that it works first time.
